Life membership is awarded by the Council in recognition and acknowledgement of outstanding service to the Foundation. Most of the inaugural Life Member inductees are former member school principals who were members of the Association of Heads of Independent Girls’ Schools of Victoria (AHIGSV) at the time of the establishment of the Foundation in 1992.
Council has also awarded Life Membership to members who have rendered distinguished or special service to girls’ education, philanthropy as it relates to girls’ education and The Invergowrie Foundation.
Our Life membership recipients have played major roles in shaping the Foundation to what it is today.
